Slender blades with white stripe. Flowers starting Sep 29 are bronze/pink similiar to Malapartus but this grass is smaller than 12 inches. Plume is 3 inches long and 1/2 inch wide on one side only of stem.

From the size and messy habit of the foliage, I'd guess 'Little Kitten.' The flowers should stand well away from the foliage, though. It's hard to tell in your photo if the inflorescence is close in or standing off from the foliage.

I guess the mystery is that this grass has 'Little Kitten' underneath it but it doesn't look like this grass on top. I have 3 other 'Little Kittens' beside this one and they are a year old, as is this one, but this is the only one to change into a nice grass. Maybe next year.

Flowers are pointed outwards from the clump.
