Not The Best Picture But...

Can anyone help to identify this type of ornamental grass?

It was recently planted at our local library.

The blades are very fine and have a pinkish, purplish cast to them.

I am interested in finding out if this is a clump-type grass & its size at maturity.

I'm guessing it is Little Bluestem. The real name is something like this; Schizachyrium scoparium. I have it growing in my yard. Give it the crappiest, driest soil you have. It does tend to flop over so the drier you keep it the better it may stand.
