Help I made a mistake.

I ordered online and received the following grasses.

30 Pennisetum alopecuroides

2 Miscanthus sinensis Malepartus

1 Miscanthus sinensis Morning Light

1 Miscanthus sinensis Strictus

The tops looked good and I'm so new at this, I just prepared my ground, planted them with love and mulched. So proud of myself. Nothing in my order told me to trim the roots or anything. Shoot!

After browsing the net, I realized that my grasses were definitely root bound (bad) and I should have trimmed the root ball.

Should I dig them up and do this or just leave them alone??

Oh gosh, I need some good advice here!

Thanks in advance.

Jackie
