| My husband built a TALL retaining wall to stop the yard from washing away. it is about 4 1/2 ft. tall from the ditch. we want to put plants at the top to where they hang off the sides. We live in NC. what could we use? |

| some suggestions: Dianthus 'Bath's Pink', Saponarias, Exochorda macrantha 'The Bride' (a shrub), there's a drooping variety of Rosemary (it may be called 'Irene". Also check which varieties of ground cover junipers will do well in your area. |
