Starburst Ice plant

Last year I planted Starburst Ice plants on the slope in front of my house. The grew quickly and looked really good. Now some of the stems have turned brown while other parts are still purplish. Have these plants died, if not what should I do with the brown parts? Thanks

Hi - I too, have ice plants that look like that.
Mine went through snow and ice this year.
I would wait and see what happens further into spring.
