I have a ground cover that was here when I moved in. I don't have a picture of it but I'll try to describe it.

The leaves are tiny and look like a floret of succluants. When it blooms it has tiny yellow flowers. It grows well in rocks and walls and totally disappears in the winter but pops back up in the spring. The color green is almost a light spring green. I hope someone can give me at least a hint of what this is!
