Plant ID - sedum???

This is a fast spreading ground cover and I think it's some kind of sedum. It gets yellow flowers all over it in the summer, turns a reddish color in the fall and dies back to the ground in the winter.

I don't know how to post the picture right here, but follow the link to see pictures.

Do you know the Botanical name?? Or common name??

You have Sedum kamtschaticum, also called Russian Stonecrop. It's a fast speader, very pretty groundcover.
