That sums it up! Large slope, drought area - full sun lack of water (runs down the hill), 80 lb dog who thinks she is queen of the hill. Grass is gone (before the dog due to no water). We are renting so don't want to invest a huge amount (but it is our home!) What won't roll down hill - some say bark, rock, DG, iceplant, etc. Any help would be wonderful.
