Hosta-friendly Groundcover

I have a smallish area with three newly planted Sweetspires 'Little Henry', two newly planted 'Blue Cadet' Hostas, and perhaps a couple of 'Plum Pudding coral bells (undecided on that last one yet. I just plopped the Sweetspire and Hostas in the ground a few days ago, and I realize they will get larger and spread with time. But what would be a good ground cover to fill in the gaps that won't threaten the coral bells or Hostas?
