I'm not sure, but I think you might have the invasive weed called garlic mustard right there, yours would be in its first year/ rosette form...if that's what it is, you'll want to yank it out of there asap before it goes to seed and self-sows everywhere. Very hard to get rid of, there are major efforts across many states in the US to get rid of this, as it is choking out many native plants. Taste it, any sense of garlic, and that's it. Mine showed up about 6 years ago and I'm still not rid of it.
