No. You'll have to pull them. There's a neat little digging tool- it looks like a fishtail. It really helps get the roots up. It costs about $3 at the big box store or hardware store.

If you are VERY, VERY careful, on a still, calm morning with no wind, or breeze, you may be able to spray Round-up on some of the weeds. Bend over and get right on it to avoid the pachy. You could get the ones that are away from the pachy. You'll have to pull the ones right next to it, though.

If you want to use Round-up close to desirable plants, try this:

Put on heavy rubber gloves, then a pair of cotton gloves. Soak your double-gloved fingers in Round-up and apply it onto the weeds by pulling the leaves through your fingers. Be careful not to let the chemical get on your skin.

This method goes a little faster than hand pulling once you get the hang of it. I've heard others suggest using a paintbrush, also.
