Any (flowering) groundcover that will keep the Poison Ivy at bay?

Treated the base of apple trees last year to rid PI. So far (knock on wood) haven't seen much 'action' in the PI. Is there anything that I can plant around the apple trees that will be 'worth' planting in these spots where the PI was so prevalent before?

not this year- all a ground cover will do will give the PI a comeback hidden from prying eyes and hands.

I'd give it a full year to see that it doesn't pop up from some bit of root that escaped.

And since birds spread poison ivy seeds, it will always be popping up occasionally!
