Is It a good time for planting iceplant( orange variety)?

Hello,

I bought 2 flat trays of ice plant about 2-3 months back, and got busy and did not get time to plant them on ground. I left them just like that, watered them in between. They do not flower at all and seem to have dried in some parts. Can I plant them now and will they grow back as normal, or have I lost them completely ?

Without seeing the plants, it's hard to say how well they will do :-) Planting them in the ground is going to at least give them a fighting chance if still alive, so that'd be my choice.
