I discovered the subject plant growing under 3 very tall pine trees in my daughter's front yard and also along the top of a bank under trees in the back yard. Up until this spring, it never caught my eye (it's been about 3 years since they moved into their house). The plant is doing really well and is spreading. It has motteled leaves (green with white markings) like the pictures of pulmonaria I've seen, but with yellow flowers ready to blossom on about 6 to 8 inch stems. Any thoughts on a more definitive name/variety. It is growing in South Central PA.
