Don't Sedums actually do pretty well without water? I have some growing in the holes of cinder blocks, which dry out pretty quickly, and the Sedum (Fulda Glow variety) are growing like crazy. The nice thing too is you can clip off stem cuttings and get them to grow into new plants. Really interesting color varieties available too. Not sure there are any that don't require any water....I would think all plants need water at some point.
