Looks like Portulaca, commonly known as purslane, pigweed or moss rose. It is an annual and very easy to grow. There are a number of different species, some of which are considered quite weedy. Comes in a wide range of colors.

I've seen this the past few years. It is a cross between portulaca (moss rose) and purslane. It's really lovely. It's not hardy for me in zone 5. Sometimes the moss rose seedlings come up again the next year.
