Looks like Portulaca, commonly known as purslane, pigweed or moss rose. It is an annual and very easy to grow. There are a number of different species, some of which are considered quite weedy. Comes in a wide range of colors.

I've seen this the past few years. It is a cross between portulaca (moss rose) and purslane. It's really lovely. It's not hardy for me in zone 5. Sometimes the moss rose seedlings come up again the next year.

Looks like some variety of Delosperma, aka hardy ice plant. Delosperma cooperi? There is a variety of colors from yellow, purple, orange, pink...
