Bearberry/UvaUrsi - Tolerant of Road Salt?

| I am looking for a groundcover to control weeds. I believe the conditions are fine for Bearberry and I've read that it tolerates some salt but this area receives quite a bit of road salt each winter. It's right at the side where the plow pushes the salt-laden snow. Any thoughts of this are most appreciated. |
