| i need to fill in a "new" hill and thought of transplanting liriope from another spot. best time to do that? fall or spring. also--planting in a spot that top soil was stripped away. can i use a topsoil/mushroom soil mix to start the process going. |

| Typically the best time to transplant grasses is in the spring. But you probably would be fine transplanting it in early fall. |
