| I'm getting conflicting info on the web about Ajuga doing well in full sun. I just planted a swath in my east facing yard that gets mostly full sun in an attempt to downsize my lawn. I searched the forums here and was happy to see that fellow gardenweb members in areas far south of my location have had good experiences in full sun. Should I plant the rest in this location or put it out back in the shade? Thanks! |

| I have found that Ajuga has the richest burgundy coloring if grown in full sun or light shade. I grow the Chocolate Chip variety, it gets sun in the afternoon and does great. It should be fine in sun and will make a beautiful groundcover. Jen |
