Where to find inexpensive phlox online?

| I prefer Emerald Blue, and I don't need a ton. Maybe half a dozen plants.
Does creeping phlox easily grow from seed? I'm OK with growing from seed instead. Thanks in advance!

| Blue Stone Perennials offers small plants more reasonably than many other places. I have never tried to grow creeping phlox from seed, nor have I ever seen seed capsules forming or volunteers starting around the few plants I have. |
