I have a deep shade garden that needs a good groundcover. We are in Minneapolis, zone 4. Is Dwarf Periwinkle a good choice?

RE: Dwarf Periwinkle

Hi--Just so you know, dwarf periwinkle (vinca) is considered an invasive species across the USA. Here is a link to the USDA's website of invasive plants and insects:

http://www.invasive.org/browse/subject.cfm?sub=3081

I hope this info is helpful.
