chamomile lawn 'treneague'

I'm looking for a no or low-mow lawn, and this non-flowering chamomile seems perfct. Trouble is, I only see plants for sale in the UK. Does anyone know if plants can be found in the US? Are mail sales from the UK forbidden? Thanks!
