| I'd consider one of the fleshy leaved saxifrages. Although not exactly succulents, they do have a somewhat similar appearance and are quite shade and drought tolerant. And the low growing rosettes of foliage, typically with scalloped or serrated leaves, would be an interesting and complimentary contrast to the spiky form of the sansevieria. Try Saxifraga x urbium (London Pride) or S. umbrosa var. primuloides. They do produce flowers but they are delicate, wispy things and quite attractive. There's also a variegated form splashed with gold if you prefer. Nothing that looks like iceplant that I can think of will work very well in a shady situation. Other than dwarf mondo grass, but it's not very succulent in appearance. |
