I was wondering what are the charateristics of chicago's soil? looking to possibly move to the area(crystal lake area)and want to know what to expect heheh

| Expect the need to get it tested if you want the answer rather than a guess. Since pH can vary widely from one side of a yard to the other, it's a given that it will vary even more widely in a city the size of Chicago. Al |
