is it possible to grow dwarf lemons as long as i bring them in during the winter?

You might do better asking this question on the citrus forum. I haven't had my variegated dwarf lemon long enough to see it bear fruit, but I did get it to overwinter fairly successfully inside, in a cold, bright room. I did have to do some battle with scale though, and I've killed indoor citrus before, so I don't think it's always a slam-dunk. I've heard tales of people getting lemon harvests from their indoor citrus, so I'm guessing with a little care, you might do okay.
