The annual February Victoria flower count (2005) was a good one due to all the sun in February.

Here's a spring mix in Victoria, British Columbia:

Flower trees: Imported Prunus
Foliated background trees: Native Arbutus (broadleaf evergreen)
Palm tree: Windmill palm (left) from SE Asia (broadleaf evergreen -palmate)
