When Can I Move Shrubs?

I need to move a dwarf honeysuckle, a hydrangea and a weiglia.

Can I move them while they're dormant?

I typically move things as soon as the ground is workable. Last spring I did a lot of moving of plants in early April. Easter this year is early so probably that would be a good weekend to shift things around if your beds are workable. I know I'll be out doing just that.

Same here..Early april the ground is usually workable the 1st or 2nd week of april..Big warm up on the way. Always best when there still dormant..
