I am looking for a source in Ontario for reasonably priced lotus, seems I have a talent at killing them, and at $60.00 each my talent is getting kinda expensive LOL

Thanks

Locally in the midwest US, I pay $30 to $35 for a planted baby in a nice shallow round planting tub.

Try growing them from seed it's not difficult. I ordered seeds earlier this spring from the supplier below and have had no problem growing them. If you have a tub you are planning on growing them in simply put some garden soil(not potting soil)in the bottom of the tub and fill it with water. The large seeds need to have a small hole filed through the seed coat but they germinate quickly. It sure beats spending $60 per plant but you will not get flowers the first year.

Here is a link that might be useful: Rare exotic seeds
