Early Spring Blooms

I went outside and found my snowdrops had popped out of the ground and I had flowers! I also have lots of bulbs coming up. It's so exciting to see signs of life out there! What's coming up for you?

Wow, how beautiful! This reminds me - I should also have snowdrops planted somewhere - maybe, tomorrow I will go and search, maybe mine are blooming too?

How persistent is the foliage with snowdrops? Is it like that of tulips which seems to stick around "forever" after blooms had disappeared? Or like that of the "drumstick" alliums which quickly dies down?

you know, I never noticed, it just looks like grass after it blooms, and most of mine are just planted out in the yard, intermingled with the grass and weeds we mow for what passes as a yard...lol...they don't mind being mowed fpr sure most of ours were there when we moved in 20+ years ago and just get mowed with the lawn
