Tree Identification Help

I have been looking through all my books... and can not find the name of the below tree. Any help is appreciated.

    Is it fragrant? It looks like a Japanese tree lilac.

    definately an Ivory Silk Lilac

    Wow - thanks! It is most definately fragrant. It's like an outdoor air freshener right now, and many people that walk by wonder what it is.

    Here's some information about your tree. It's official name is Syringa reticulata and its common name is, of course, Japanese tree lilac
