Can anyone identify this vine? It's growing throughout my golden phfizter (sp?). I saw once on the Gardening Journal one that looked similar and was called nightshade. It this nightshade, and if so, is it dangerous to have in my yard?

It does look like it could be one of the Solanum species (nightshade). If you do a Google Image search on Solanum you should be able to get some good pic's to compare to your plant.

Some parts of Solanum are poisonous.
