Zucchini

| My zucchini started producing about a week or two before any of my friends' did, and I think it has already quit. How long should I wait and watch the plant before calling it "done" and clearing the spent vegetation so I can start some new seed? |

| What has your weather been like? If it's been excessively hot, many plants will stop producing till it cools off some. If the plants look healthy, I'd leave them for a few weeks to see what happens, unless you're sick of zukes. Most produce abundantly all summer if no disease or critter (like squash vine borer) kills them. |
