quite pleased w/ 'Lord Baltimore'

Don't know if it's all the heat we've been having but this season is its best performance thus far. Despite putting out lots of buds, produced flowers have all been 'dinner plate' sized.

That's gorgeous Paul. You must be in S. MI as I haven't seen any blooming up here in Saginaw County yet.

Well, it's Friday and I must say I've seen others blooming today. Aren't they wonderful?! My Blue River II is opening at this writing. :)

Sunny, actually this is the one I planted at my folks place in TC -- definitely NOT south of Saginaw. LOL
