Orange Flowers - Know what it's called?

I found these in a garden on Parkside AVenue in the west end of Toronto (right across from High Park)

I know they look something like nasturtiums but it's not the same leaf - they don't have the same shape as the nasturtium either, when you see them up close.

Here are two shots of it:

California Poppy??? That's what my guess would be. I know that in the one picture is shows some larger, green leaves near the flowers but I don't think that those leaves belong to the flowers themselves. By using Hortiplex (part of Gardenweb), you could try looking up "California Poppy" or "Eschscholzia californica". The weird genus name is pronounced "esh-HOLT-zee-uh".

I pass it every day,"Calif. Poppy", self seeding annual if you're lucky, otherwise collect seeds. Rai

They are for sure California Poppy? I have a very similar plant in my garden and they are called "Trollius" or Globe Flower. Here they come in a various shades of dark yellow and gold but mine are all deep rich orange and they have a very similar leaf to what you show in that picture. Here's a pretty good depiction:
