Can't identify plant

I have a small plant with a daisy-like flower. The flower is approx 2.5' across when fully open and has 12 - 14 yellow petals with a small brownish-green centre.
The stem is woody in appearance and the dark green leaves resemble needles ... like the herb Rosemary. They are 3' or less in length and feel rough like a cat's tongue.
Does not smell. There are many flowers on each stem ... and the stems form somewhat of a bush that is now about 2' tall.
It started blooming in October.
