Can anyone ID this vine's leaf and it's berries? I've placed a fork next to the leaf and berries for perspective of it's size:

| Is it possible that two vines are tangled together? The leaf looks like wild yam, and the fruit looks like wild grapes. I often find them in the same area. |

Might be Smilax tamnoides. Look for prickly stems & leaf edges with little teeth. |
