Does anyone know of a hand-on pruning workshop in the Houston, TX (preferably south Houston)? I have fruit trees as well as oaks, hackberries, tallows.

Thanks,
Ginia

RE: Pruning How-To

So, Ginia, do you have plans for this coming Saturday morning?

Harris County Extension is hosting a "Tree, Shrub and Fruit Tree Pruning Workshop", Saturday, February 3 from 9 a.m. - 1 p.m. at Clear Lake United Methodist Church, in Clear Lake. Cost is $20 for pre-registration or $25 at the door. Full set of workshop handouts, a step-by-step pruning guide on CD. Instructor is the Master Gardener production and orchard manager. For more info, call 281.991.8437

I've already signed up. Hope to see you there!

Monica
