Spring Plant Sale

For those of you who live near Mobile, mark your calenders for the Plantasia plant sale at the Mobile Botanical Gardens. There are lots of great plants that you cannot find at the big box stores. Lots of hard to find natives too. There is also music, food, and wine. I usually attend the fall sale but since I didn't get to go I will try to attend this one. I will post a link below.

I'll definitely be there! I saved the information to my computer - can't wait!

Oh Plantasia is definitely worth the trip! I try and attend every year, I think the vendors are tops and stuff is reasonably priced. I also enjoy the mini seminars and floral presentations they've had in the past. Reminds me I better start squirreling away my cash...lol. Susan/Giverny

I think you are thinking of the Festival of Flowers, which is over with. The Spring Plantasia is a huge sale containing over a thousand plant varieties, not vendors with garden art.

Both are worth going to, but for the dedicated plant collector, it's a must. They've put up a plant list, too: www.mobilebotanicalgardens.org

Thanks Bama... but I'm getting married this weekend. Honeymoon at Biltmore, the gardens should be great.
