| I live in Southern Ca. most of the year but move to New Iberia, LA every summer. I want to add to my daughter's flower garden the first week of June. Any suggestions as to what I can plant in the heat? |

| There are quite alot of choices depending on if you want shrubs, perennials, or annuals, in sun or shade. But here are some excellent choices (gardened 25 yrs in Louisiana): lantana pentas knockout roses salvia/sage mandevilla hibiscus canna lillies ginger moonvine sunflowers -big or small zinnias - profusion zinnias ruellia there's more but these are tried and true |
