Hello Again Everyone!

I bought this Miracle Fruit plant from the green thumb fest on 4/27. I repotted it in a slightly larger pot with unfertilized soil with peat moss on the bottom and top of the soil. I mixed in some Garden Magic nutrients in the soil. I fed it about 1/3 cup Garden Magic fertilizer. I water it on the weekends. I recently added some pine bark to the top of the soil per a friends instruction. The plant was healthy when I first got it. Now the leaves are droopy and look like they are going to fall off. The new growth is turning brown. the flowers that just bloomed turned brownish red. I REALLY dont want this plant to die. PLEASE HELP!

Thanks for any help!
Adam Wolfe

The plant gets about 6-8 hrs of sun a day.

Sounds like too much peat, (which almost always means also a lack of air pockets within the pot) and possibly too much fertilizer. When you water, has the plant dried out? Constantly soggy roots can rot.
