Air Ferns ???

| I actually live in Indiana. I vacation in Crystal River each year. We were just there in May. I bought what was called an air fern in a shop in Tarpon Springs. I love it and my daughter fell in love with it also. It isn't planted but just sitting in a beautiful sponge. I understand they grow on trees. Anyone have any suggestions where I can get more of these? I don't remember the name of the little shop. I hope it's o.k. to post to this board. | Hi Vicci, Welcome to the Gulf Coast forum, we're happy to have you stop by. Even though my garden is on the east coast of Florida, the Crystal River area is one of my favorite places to visit also. I don't know exactly what the folks in Tarpon Springs sold you as an Air Fern, but I have a local varity growing in my oaks that may be close. They blow down all over my yard and I'll be happy to pack some up to send to you. You'll have to supply your own sponge though:) Cindy |
