Central Texas Gardeners Conference, October 9, 2010

The Master Gardeners of Comal, Guadalupe and Travis County invite all gardeners to register for this day long, information packed conference being held in Schertz, Texas (just north of San Antonio on IH-35), at the Schertz Civic Center. $45 registration fee includes snacks, lunch, special gift for registering, vendors and informational displays. Registration deadline is extended to September 30!

This years theme is "Urban Farming, the Ultimate Backyard Experience" Our noted Texas A&M speakers are:

Dr. Larry Stein – "Backyard Bounty, from strawberries to peaches"
Dr. Diane Boellstorff – "The Dirt on Dirt!"
Dr. David Reed – "Think like a Plant!"
Dr. Joe Novak – "Good Eats and Edible Treats!"
