That looks like bok choy to me. Good stuff!

I agree on the bok choy Rhubarb never looks like that in any stage of its growth. I am trying to grow some Green Rhubarb but it probably will not make as it enjoys a freeze which we never seem to get but about every 10 years

Rhubarb is a plant that enjoyed being frozen in the winter time. Bok Choy is great in stir fry or raw in a salad or cooked as greens.
