Gulf Coast Gardening

Moving to Bradenton-Sarasota area

We should be moving to that area before next fall. I'll be bringing some tropical plants with me. Sadly, the greenhouses have to be left behind. Can I plant them in the ground in that area or will frost kill them? I haven't found a good website on gardening in that area yet.

What kind of plants are you wanting to move. I live in Sarasota.

Snake plant, rubber tree, orchids, cast iron plant, cacti and succulents.
