Cauliflower doesn't look right.

I just harvested a head of cauliflower from the garden and it had some soft brown spots on it. Does anyone know what it is? Also, the head feels like it has pollen or powder all over the florets. Is it okay to eat it anyways?
Thanks.

Sounds like it bolted and than molded or vice versa. You could eat it if you had to for some reason by cutting off the brown spots but it wouldn't be recommended to do so. Toss/compost it instead.

Should have been picked earlier. Old spots turn brown. Cut them off and use it.
