Pampered Chef Apple Peeler

Okay, I purchased this probably 15 - 20 years ago and just came across it after reorganizing attic/basement and closets. I never opened the box and, now, can't wait to try it. I understand it will work on potatoes for curly fries. Has anyone done this?

They work great for peeling apples. Do bushels a year with one. Never tried them for curly fries so just a guess but it should work.

I imagine that you would adjust the blade for potatoes but I haven't tried it.
