| Hi All, I also posted this in the Harvest forum, but thought some folks here might have some good ideas. I have an ABUNDANCE of leaf lettuce (black seeded simpson, redina, arugula, etc.) and just can't seem to use it all up. Any ideas except for salads? Thanks! |

| Lettuce soup is tasty and you can freeze it. Arugula isn't a lettuce and would probably not go well in lettuce soup but if you have a lot you could always experiment. You can also braise lettuce and cook it with peas. |

| Use in place of tortillas to make sandwich wraps. Chop and toss into soups, like other greens. Share with friend/neighbors. Donate to food pantry or homeless shelter. What a wonderful problem to have! Deanna |

| I've gotta move south (DH wants to)! We don't eat salads in the winter b/c the winter tomatoes and cukes are so bad. And by the time my tomatoes come in, the lettuce is bolting... |
