Adding acid to salsas

Hi, I recently canned some salsa. I used lime juice instead of vinegar, but I didn't have enough salsa to fill my last jar. It was a pint jar, and I added more vinegar and lime juice to "top it off" (about 2-4 tablespoons of each). I brought it up to a boil with the added acid before putting it in the jar. I just wanted to know if it is still safe? I know you can't reduce acid but I can't find anything on adding it. I do understand it may affect the taste, but as long as it is safe, I can cook with it, at the very least :)
