Yippee!! New canner is here!

I currently have 3 quarts of cubed beef happily rocking away in my new canner. I didn't can any low-acid products this past year due to not having confidence that my old canner was working properly. Everything so far this year has been BWB so I'm excited to can some more. I also have some beef broth simmering from the bones and trimmings of the beef but that will likely not be canned today.
I chose the All American, model 921 and am very pleased with it so far. It's massive and heavy which I feel is the only downfall. I wanted to be able to process more pints at a time since either way, it's a fairly timely process. The weighted gauge is proving to be a super plus for me. On my gas stove, I could never get the flame at that perfect temp to keep my pressure and not go WAY over with my old canner. So, I'm pleased so far with my choice! Lori
